| Carrowmore Community Assistance, Inc.
(CCA) assists low-income families, neighborhoods, and
communities with urban and rural planning that responds to local
needs and concerns; including, affordable housing, assessment
of environmental impacts, sustainable economic development. |

| CCA will also provide assistance with the identification,
preparation and administration of grants, low-interest loans
and other sources of project funding--working to ensure that
program control and resources remain within the community. |
